Saturday 7 Mile Run

Hey! Only had to run 7 miles today. Whoopee! Man, never thought I'd feel that way about running 7 miles, but hey, what's 7 after running 10? Right?

Anyway, this morning's run went well. We only walked at mile 3.5 and mile 5. I think we started out a little fast though 'cause we ran each mile slightly slower than the one before (positive splits). But in the end I still had enough in me for a quick 100 yard dash to the finish.

My legs felt pretty good. Only problem was with my stomach and lower back cramping. I guess I really do need to do some more core strengthening exercises. Time for some more of those "manly" pilates I reckon.
