Thursday 3 Mile Run
Had a good 3 mile run this morning. I started out feeling kind of stiff, but after the first mile, I felt good. Ran good negative splits again this morning with a 10:44 first mile and a 9:19 third mile.
For some reason the middle of my back, right between the shoulder blades, is in a knot this morning. I must have slept in a weird position or something last night.
No running scheduled for tomorrow, so I'm thinking I may go for a swim in the morning. Then it's a 7 miler for Saturday and biking on Sunday to finish out week 6.
Only 12 more weeks to go after this weekend! I had better go ahead and make hotel reservations pretty soon!
