Ramblings about my running, biking and swimming
Another 5 mile morning. I felt good this morning and did negative splits, even though I walked at the 1 and 3 mile marks. By the end, I was running around an 8:15 pace. Wooohoo! It felt good.
Well, gotta run 3 miles in the morning. Guess I better get some rest.
