Monday Tempo Run

Had a good tempo run during lunch yesterday. Was shooting for 3 miles at 7:44 in the middle (actual average was 7:46). Was a bit windy. Hit the first mile right on, second was a little too slow, but I really felt good during the third and picked it up.
