Monday 2 Mile Run

Did an easy 2 mile run during lunch yesterday. I'm feeling pretty sore after last week. I was trying to run a 9:14 pace, but ran a little faster. I didn't get up in time to swim this morning, again. Planning to ride at Hunter tonight with some guys from work, I think. I'm not sure yet if anyone else is coming. We'll see.
