Wednesday 3 Mile Run
Well, after taking a few days off to the let my hamstring heal, I tried it out with an easy 3 mile run this morning. And...it was OK. I ran really slow and wore my knee wraps. I only felt a little tenderness, but no real pain.
So it looks like I'm on the mend. I'll probably run a 4 or 5 miles in the morning. Then it's 15 miles on Friday afternoon. I've had to change up the schedule a little this week 'cause I'm helping with the church baseball camp Saturday and Sunday. Friday afternoon is the only time I can get in that much running.
Well, gotta get some sleep.
