Sunday 22.4 Mile Ride

Well, after a long day of running and playing on Saturday, I still couldn't resist getting in a good workout on the bike, so Dane and headed out to HAAF and did two laps on the bikes. The weather was great. Nice and cool, not too much wind, just felt great. The ride was pretty uneventful, but we had a good time riding side-by-side and talking.

It's getting late so I better get to bed. It's 3 miles tomorrow and Thursday, 6 miles on Wednesday and 13 on Saturday. There is also another 10k on Saturday, so I'll be mixing it up again with running before and after to get in all the miles.
