Track Tuesday

Well I had to cut Tuesday's intervals a little short. After a 1 mile warm up I did 4x1200m intervals instead of 6 due to time constraints and slipping split times. The legs felt pretty sore after the workout yesterday too.

I'm planning to go for a short bike ride on my lunch break today to keep the legs loose. It's finally getting cool enough to exercise at lunch again.
