Wednesday 3 Mile Easy Run
Ran an "easy" 3 miles Wednesday night after putting Sarah down. My legs were feeling tired still from all the work they got over the weekend (hard ride and run Saturday followed by hard ride Sunday). I did 3 or 4 "strides" in the middle of the run to try to loosen up the legs, but they never quite felt right. The spring in my stride was not there.
