Monday Easy 2 Mile Run
Well, after a hard bric on Saturday and what turned into a hard ride on Sunday Monday had to be an easy day. So I decided to just take an easy 2 mile run during my lunch break. And easy was all I could do. Nothing speedy about this run at all, but all I really wanted to do was keep my legs loose anyway so that was perfectly fine.
I'm into my taper now for this weekend's race in Swainsboro, the Knotty Pine 5k. I want to make sure my legs are rested and fresh for Saturday morning so there won't be anything really hard about this week. Hopefully.
