Wednesday 4 Mile Easy Run

I managed to drag myself out of bed relatively early this morning and get in an easy 4 mile run around the neighborhood. I went sockless again this time and that was OK for the first 2.5 - 3 miles. Then things started rubbing. I've got sore spots (not blisters) on my heels and the outsides of my pinky toes. I guess I was right before, 3 miles is about all I can handle without socks in my 2100's.

Warmed up real slow for the first mile then gradually picked up the pace. Ran negative splits the whole way and felt really good coming in on the last mile.
