Tuesday Interval Run
Had a good interval run during lunch today. Did 3x1/2 mile repeats with 3:15 jog breaks between.

3:12
3:20
3:28
I obviously started out a little too fast because I wasn't able to keep up the pace on the second and third repeat. I need to start doing these in the mornings so I'll have more time for a warm up and cool down leg.
Oh, I also found this great tool on Runnersworld.com that generates a training schedule for you given your past race time and such called SmartCoach.
It came up with the following plan and I think I like it, mostly. I like have the paces in there at least. We'll see.
Better go get some sleep.
