Wednesday 4 mile Run

Ran 4 miles this morning and felt pretty good. My knees are feeling better and I'm basically completely over the sinus junk. I did some speed work this morning. After running easy the first mile, and taking a short walk break, I did four faster segments, gradually increasing the distance and speed, and taking short walking breaks at the end of each one. None of these segements was more than about 0.2 miles. At the end of my run, I did a 0.5 mile fast. I was going pretty hard (under 7 min./mile) at the end of it, but it felt great!

Well, I better get some rest for tomorrow.
